Refunds & Cancellations

An offering is a physical ritual performed at a temple with real materials, so what can be undone depends on whether it has already been performed.

Cancelling before the puja is performed

Contact us as soon as possible. If the temple has not yet performed your offering, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Offerings are usually performed within 24 hours of payment, so please tell us quickly.

After the puja has been performed

Once the poojari has performed the offering, it cannot be cancelled — the materials have been used and the ritual has been made in your name.

If something went wrong with a performed offering — the wrong offering was made, or the video is unusable — write to us and we will put it right, by re-performing the offering or by refunding it.

If we cannot perform your offering

If the temple is unable to perform your offering at all, you receive a full refund. You never pay for an offering that was not made.

If your video never arrives

Your video is sent to the WhatsApp number given at checkout. If it has not reached you, contact us — we can resend it. If it cannot be delivered at all, you receive a full refund.

Payments that failed

If money left your account but your booking was not confirmed, the payment did not complete and no charge was captured. Your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it has not returned after that, contact us with the date and amount and we will trace it.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued by our team — there is no automatic cancel button, so please contact us rather than waiting.

Approved refunds go back through Cashfree to the same method you paid with. We cannot refund to a different account. Once issued, the time to reach you depends on your bank, usually 5–7 working days.
